Use of any Routekip product may be subject to separate terms provided with that product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina.
